Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bidfootball.lol ("BidFootball", "we", "us"). By purchasing a listing or using the site, you agree to them.

1.What BidFootball is

BidFootball is a novelty digital entertainment website. It displays a public leaderboard of football clubs. Users purchase a listing, which is a display name and an optional link, shown publicly on a club's board. Each club's total is the sum of the listings on its board, and the club with the highest total is shown with a cosmetic on-screen "world crown".

2.What you are buying

• You are buying a one-time digital listing displayed on this website. That listing is the entire product and is delivered instantly when payment completes.
• The "crown", rankings, and tiers are cosmetic on-site recognition only.
• There are no prizes, no winnings, no payouts, no cash value, and no element of chance, wager, or bet. Nothing of monetary value is awarded to any user at any time.
• A listing does not grant ownership of, or any rights in, any football club, and confers no real-world benefit.

3.Payments, tax and refunds

• Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, who is the seller of record and handles applicable taxes.
• Prices are shown and charged in euros (EUR). The minimum listing is €5.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because the listing is delivered immediately as digital content, you waive any right of withdrawal once it is live.

4.Acceptable content

• You are responsible for the name and link you submit.
• You may not submit content or links that are illegal, sexual, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful, or that impersonate others.
• Links must use http:// or https://. Chat and invite links are not permitted.
• We may remove, edit, or refuse any listing that breaks these terms, or for any reason, without refund.

5.Club names and logos

Club names and logos are used for identification and fan reference only. BidFootball is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, league, or governing body. Logos are the property of their respective owners.

6.No warranty and liability

The site is provided "as is", for entertainment, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the listing giving rise to the claim.
